GP Support for Residential Aged Care Residents
Smith Street Medical provides GP care for residents living in aged care facilities in Kotara. We visit residents in the place they call home, getting to know them as people — not just as patients with a list of conditions to manage.
When someone moves into residential aged care, their health needs rarely stay the same.
